A fully restored and renovated 1950s structure located in the Atiki neighborhood, revitalized with full reinforcements, an elevator, new plumbing, heating, and electricity installed to the highest specifications by the Living Group. Once the structure is complete, The Living Group will take care to finish the interior with high-end products in partnership with the leading import brands.

Living Group development includes a refurbished exterior complete with the installation of external cladding and a wooden balcony cover with a special weather-resistant coating designed to promote airflow. In Athens, improvements of this caliber have not yet been done in the market.
