Sales Agent

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual with a
passion for design to join our team.

The ideal candidate needs to have a strong knowledge of
finishing materials, as well as experience working with
customers to help customers find the perfect products for
their project.

He or she will be responsible for providing excellent customer
service and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Locating Potential customers and approaching them.
  • Assisting customers in finding the perfect products for
    their projects.
  • Answer customer questions about products, materials, care
    and maintenance, delivery times, and financing options
  • Coordinating with architects and interior designers by
    promoting our products.
  • Prepare sales contracts, quotations and process payments.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of
    products.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and pricing changes

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of
    meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driving license
  • Computer Skills (MS OFFICE)
  • Strong negotiation skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in finishing materials (tiles,
    sanitary, furniture, doors) sales
  • Working knowledge of interior design principles
  • Experience with CRM software

Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee the
planning and delivery of construction projects. The Project
Manager will be responsible for ensuring that work is
completed on time and within budget and within the rules &
regulations of the authorities, and for organizing logistics,
delegating work, and keeping track of the project overall.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Agreeing timescales, costs, and resources needed to deliver
    a project.
  • Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of
    a project.
  • Selecting and leading a project team.
  • Negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Directing a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Communicating with staff at every level in a calm,
    personable way.
  • Overseeing several projects at the same time.
  • Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on
    budget, and to a high standard.
  • Reporting regularly on progress.
  • Resolving any issues or delays.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction.
  • Working in an office and on construction sites.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a construction project manager.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and
    material and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A team player with leadership abilities.
  • BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.

Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to help manage our
financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly
closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer
billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with
an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with
    generally accepted accounting principles
  • Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end
    close
  • Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of
    the financial statements and related notes
  • Research and analyze expense variances for company
    management

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ of professional accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or
    equivalent experience
  • CPA preferred
